Driver 360 is committed to protecting your privacy while ensuring that your organization meets safety, compliance, auditing, and insurance obligations. By using our application, users and administrators agree that we retain specific data to maintain a permanent safety audit trail, even after a user is removed from an active team or their profile is deactivated.
When a user account is deactivated or removed from an active team, we securely archive the following information:
Archived data is securely isolated. It will not be accessible in your daily management view or active operational dashboards. It remains in our secure databases strictly for legal, reporting, and safety audit purposes.
We retain safety and compliance data indefinitely as required by insurance and industry audit trails. Any data that falls outside of these legal, auditing, or insurance requirements will be securely deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.
If you wish to request the deletion of your account and purge all associated data, you can do so by contacting our support team via WhatsApp at +60 11-2061 6323. Upon verification, we will process your deletion request and purge eligible data within 30 days.
